



















We accept walk-ins; however, we encourage you to book an appointment to secure your preferred time. To schedule, please book online or call us directly.
Cancellations are allowed up to 6 hours before your appointment. Clients who miss, cancel, or reschedule without providing at least 6 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the cost of their service.
We strive to ensure that all clients enjoy their visit to Unwind, so it is important that treatments begin at their scheduled time. To maintain our schedule throughout the day, we cannot guarantee the full appointment duration for clients who arrive late.
Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment so you can begin to relax and ensure a timely start. Appointment time slots are reserved for your treatment(s) and include a brief consultation, dressing/undressing, and anything else needed to ensure your comfort. To help maintain the spa experience, we kindly ask that you silence your mobile phone and electronic devices upon arrival.
Please undress to your level of comfort. All of our staff are professionally trained and licensed to ensure the highest quality of service and integrity. Proper draping techniques are always used for your privacy and comfort.
Please present your valid gift certificate number at checkout after your treatment(s). Kindly note that a credit card on file is required only to reserve an appointment, in accordance with our cancellation policy. You may still use a valid gift certificate or another payment method at checkout.
Clients 17 years of age and younger may receive treatments only with written consent from a parent or guardian. Clients under 16 years of age must have a parent or guardian present in the treatment room at all times. No one under 13 years of age is permitted at Unwind Wellness.
